What is Isoone

Isoone is the first manufacturer of luminaires entirely dedicated to ultra-clean applications. From design to shipping everything is thought for products specific to these applications. Lorem Ipsum which looks reasonable. The generated Lorem Ipsum is therefore always free from repetition, injected humour, or non-characteristic words etc.

Who are the founders of Isoone ?

Isoone was created by the founders of the former SEAE company, creators of the first clean room lights over 20 years ago. The Colombo family is accompanied in this new adventure by former collaborators with extensive experience in the field.

What is a clean room

A room in which the concentration of airborne particles is controlled and which is constructed and used to minimize the introduction, production and retention of particles within the room, and in which others Relevant parameters such as temperature, humidity and pressure are properly controlled.

Why specialize

Because by focusing on a single type of application, we know the needs better and we can better respond to them. On the other hand, by concentrating all our development power on these luminaires we will be able to integrate more quickly the new technologies and our innovations.

Where are Isoone luminaires produced ?

The production of our lighting is done in our own workshops, located in France. The only way for us to ensure the quality necessary for products to equip spaces as sensitive as cleanrooms.

How does the Isoone products differ from other manufacturers?

Our products are intended for clean room users only. In this field our offer is the broadest and most adapted market. On the other hand the tests carried out on our luminaires, in design or production are specific to the needs of these applications.

How do I know how many lights to install on my job site ?

The applications for which Isoone products are intended are generally subject to the EN 12646 standard, concerning indoor workplaces. It sets the calculation rules, the types of sources to be used as well as the results to be obtained in terms of average illuminance, uniformity and degree of visual comfort (UGR).

Is LED technology always the most advantageous ?

In any case, in order to validate the best technology to be selected, it is necessary to carry out a comparative study in order to determine the solution whose total cost of ownership (installation investment + consumption + maintenance) will be as low as possible and The fastest damping. In renovation the study will be based on the existing one. We are at your disposal to accompany you throughout this study.

What is Gradation ?

The dimming systems allow the luminous intensity emitted by the luminaire to be varied, switched on or off, depending on the presence of a person or the entry of natural light. Such a system can provide up to 75% energy savings.

How to evaluate the correspondence between LED and FLUO ?

In fluorescence, the sources being standardized, the luminaires are characterized by a yield and a distribution of the photometric flux, for example 0.80B.
This is no longer the case with LED technology which complicates comparisons. An LED luminaire is characterized by its consumed power and its emitted flux, the ratio of the two constituting the efficiency of the luminaire in Lm / W.
To compare the two solutions, we recommend calculating the Lm / W ratio of the fluorescent luminaire as follows: ((standardized flow of lamps x efficiency) / luminaire power)

Lux, Lumen, Candela ...

It is easy to make the amalgam but it is important to know well the bases of measurement of the lighting:
Lux is the value of the illuminance, It characterizes the luminous flux received per unit area.
Lumen, unit of the luminous flux emitted.
Candela, characterizes the luminous intensity in a given direction.

What is UGR ?

UGR is a glare coefficient used in photometric studies. It is determined by the photometric software according to the luminaire used, the shape of the room, the reflection coefficients of the surfaces (wall, floor …) and the angle of vision. The EN-12464 standard defines the acceptable values per application.
The lower it is and the more comfortable the vision, the UGR must be less than 19.
